Low Speed Handpiece maintenance

Step1 Air Motor Clean

①Clean surface with 75% alcohol.

②Use the SENDA oil spray and install spray nozzle on it, against the drive air hole to press, until the sprayed oil is clean.

③Use the 3-way syringe to blow out excess liquid inside.

Step2 Straight Handpiece Clean

①Remove the needle, use 75% alcohol to wipe the surface.

②Put oil nipple into the straight handpiece.

③Use the 3-way syringe to blow out excess liquid inside.

Step3 Contra Angle Clean

①Clean surface with 75% alcohol.

②Use the SENDA oil spray and install the spray nozzle, against the spindle to press 2-3 times, and then against the back cap to press 2-3 times, until the sprayed oil is clean.

③Use the 3-way syringe to blow out excess liquid inside.

Step4 Disinfection and sterilization 

Wipe the handpiece clean and put it in a sterilization bag for high-temperature disinfection. The maximum temperature up to 134℃±2℃.

Step5 Handpiece Lubrication

①When the handpiece is sterilized, the bearing is very dry, and the bearing is easy to wear when used directly. Dropping two drops of lubricating oil can prolong the life of the handpiece.

②Before use, add 3-5 drops of oil, adjust the air pressure of the dental chair to 0.5kg, and run for 8-10 seconds to lubricate the bearing
