How to disassemble the cartridge of high speed handpiece?

Prepare: spanner, repair tool and high speed handpiece.

1. Remove the bur, twist the back cap of the handpiece with a spanner to disassemble the cartridge. Open the repair tool box, and pay attention to the corresponding serial number marked on each tool.

2. Remove the rear bearing:

Pick up the tooling handle and turn it open, and pick up No. 2 (special mold for dismantling the bearing) from the toolbox and install it on the handle A, and then rotate the handle B clockwise to lock. Lock until the No. 2 mold is flush with the hole of the handle B, then pick up the cartridge, put the rear bearing into the hole of the upper No. 2 mold, lock the upper and lower handles with a little force, and then turn the push rod counterclockwise to push up, so that After the bearing and the movement are separated, put down the movement, rotate the push rod in the opposite direction, and rotate the upper handle to loosen it, and pour the bearing out, so that the disassembly of the bearing is completed.

3. Remove the front bearing: 

First remove the No. 2 mold from the handle A, replace it with No. 3 (special mold for removing the front bearing) and rotate the handle B to lock until the No. 3 mold is flush with the hole of the handle B, and then put the front bearing Insert it into the hole of No. 3 mold, push the handle B clockwise to lock it, and rotate the push rod to push up, so that the front bearing is separated, rotate the handle to release the front bearing, and pour it out.

4. Separate the front bearing and the bearing cap, put the No. 3 mold into the handle A, and put the bearing cover on the hole of the No. 3 mold, hold the structure of the cartridge, and insert the long end into the inner ring of the bearing cap (here Pay attention to avoiding the space under the bearing cover), and then take a flat-bottomed tool and tap it lightly a few times until the bearing and bearing seat are separated.
